It took almost seven years to get here.
Not because I was lazy. Because life has a habit of reshuffling the backlog when you’re not looking. And because launching a site about mindset while forcing myself into deadlines felt… dishonest.
So here we are.
I bought this domain in 2019 with a simple idea:
there’s enough agile content out there telling people what to do, how to do it, and why they’re wrong. Most of it talks about frameworks, rituals, and the latest fashionable buzzwords. Very little talks about the part that actually matters: the mindset behind it.
That’s the space I want to write in.
A few times, I nearly abandoned the whole project. Comments or no comments? Opinion or no opinion? Do I risk becoming one of those names someone quotes in a meeting to shut down thinking?
Those questions took longer to answer than the technical work.
More on that another day.
For now
- I’ll write when I have something I consider worth saying
- Everything will come from observation and lived experience
- No comments, no newsletter
- I’ll share new posts on LinkedIn and Xing — read them, ignore them, up to you.
If you feel like commenting there, go ahead. I probably won’t read it.
What to expect
Stories. Reflections. A few sharp edges.
Agile, life’s noise, and whatever else deserves a closer look.
Probably not a flood of content.
But enough to get started.
Finally live.
